Steps

Create a new wallet on Metamask and Select 'Ropsten Test Network'.
Go to the Faucet and "Request 1 ETH from faucet''. You'll receive 1 free Ropsten ETH from the faucet when the transaction is confirmed.
Go to your Verity Alpha account and click on 'Add Your Wallet Address' to connect your Verify account to your Metamask.
