Liquid Crypto Bond<br>Crowd for Angels intends to raise up to £50 million by way of a 5 year Liquid Crypto Bond paying 4% interest per annum, with investors receiving upto 99 free ANGEL tokens. The Bond proceeds are to be used to predominantly invest in or acquire secured crowd bonds listed on its own platform. Bondholders will therefore indirectly gain investment exposure to the bonds listed on the Crowd for Angels platform by investing in the Bond.
