ECTA (Efficient Collaboration Team Autonomous) is the first blockchain-based trust protocol for global employability of developers. The concept, empowered by the proven AI tools, aims to solve the inefficiencies related to the time loss, verification of online profiles, talents discovery (especially in the low-middle income countries) and safe way to conduct business (payment solution with the power of smart contracts). While working on ECTA platform, besides collecting their earnings in ECTA tokens (ERC20) developers are having a unique possibility to earn (mine) ECTA non-fungible tokens (ERC721) as a reward for every task completed - which serve as proof of their skills and increase their reputation. As such, users will be able to fulfill the demand for new services with MeconCash even when the services they use are terminated, make transactions between them, and use the assets in the real economy. We will stabilize the MeconCash ecosystem by developing new blockchain-based businesses and linking it with external services which already exists. Additionally, MeconCash will be available in 70% of ATMs in Korea so that users can directly withdraw MeconCash to fiat money.
