Dether provides a decentralized peer-to-peer ether network that enables anyone on Earth to buy ether with cash and spend it at physical stores nearby. No bank account is needed, just a mobile phone with internet access. Our belief is that the beauty and power of the Ethereum technology should be easily accessible to all. The aim of the project is to create an EscrowBlock platform for the Ethereum network blockchain. Such a platform can work as an independent environment, or be integrated into other Smart contracts, to provide escrow services as part of any other projects. The team will start the project on Mainnet Ethereum blockchain and then make a fork for providing an independent service.
