To achieve this, the fund will implement a two-phased strategy. First, the fund will invest its capital into stable, long-term, income-producing real estate, with the goal of targeting a steady annual cash flow of 6-9%*. The fund will concentrate its resources mostly on the following property types: Multi-family residential; Long-term commercial properties; Industrial properties with steady income streams.</p><p>The next phase of BlockEstate’s plan involves leveraging its stable asset base to invest additional capital into more aggressive investments with higher potential returns. The focus for this leveraged capital will be mostly directed at: New construction; Short-term rentals; Mixed use properties. The target annual return for these properties will be 15-30%.</p>
