Founded in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2015, International Credit Open Exchange (ICOE) is an institution that enables international convertibility of bonus points. We have set up localized alliance organizations, as well as sound bonus point convertibility platform and merchant payment system. ICOE has 2,000 merchants that allow conversion of bonus points. ICOE has cooperated with the largest casino chain and duty-free shop in Argentina, as well as major airports and convenience stores in other countries including Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. In a strict sense, the ICOE-centric bonus conversion and exchange system is a cohesive international financial platform that can help numerous offline stores expand customer base and companies better serve customers.
