Zenland is the first no-code smart contract platform for direct online sales (P2P, C2C) through escrow smart contracts. Its mission is to ensure buyers are happy, sellers are paid, and their online transactions are safe and trustless. How does it work? Unlike traditional escrow systems where payment is kept by a third party, Zenland users store payment inside a smart contract deployed (published) on the public blockchain without any third party involved. Once published, the contract is managed until completion by the two parties (buyer and seller) without a middleman. Our smart contract application is the first to introduce a complete escrow ecosystem with built-in contract templates (2 at this point), a UI to manage contracts, and a contract chat keeping all transaction logs and messages. It is currently deployed on 6 EVM networks: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Gnosis Chain, Avalanche, and Fantom. What is Zenland Fee (ZENF) Token? Zenland Fee (ZENF) token, alongside other major altcoins, is used to pay the service fee for contract deployment. It is an ERC-20 utility token native to the Zenland smart contract escrow ecosystem.
